Top FinCrime expert blasts Johnson government for illicit finance failures; warns that new path is needed when Biden takes Presidency

A LEADING BRITISH financial crime expert has said the UK is suffering from a lack of direction on illicit finance, and it’s now becoming “painfully obvious”.

Director at the RUSI Centre for Financial Crime and Security Studies Tom Keatinge warned that in the aftermath of Brexit and Joe Biden’s US election triumph, the Johnson administration’s failures in tacking financial crime will soon be fully exposed.
