REGULATORY WATCH: $20 million penalty levied against US concrete firm

A concrete firm in the state of Georgia has agreed to a $20 million penalty settlement with the United States Department of Justice for market-fixing.

AML Intelligence Regulatory Watch has learned that Argos USA LLC – based in Alpharetta, Georgia – has agreed to the penalty as part of a settlement with the DoJ.
