THERE IS A WAY TO balance the data sharing with data privacy when it comes to money laundering, and that balance needs to be struck if AML systems are to improve, a top FinCrime expert has said.

Chairperson of the Global Coalition to fight financial Crime John Cusack has said a proper collaboration between those championing the sharing of information, and those safeguarding the right to privacy, was possible and should be pursued.
