BREAKING: European Parliament debates Pandora Papers, MEPs brand revelations as ‘shocking’ and ‘embarrassing’ for the EU

Members of the European Parliament are today debating the recently published Pandora Papers, highlighting money laundering and tax avoidance by politicians, business people and celebrities across the globe. 

Spanish S&D MEP, Jonás Fernández slammed the findings as “embarrassing” for the European Parliament, adding that “we have spent years rehashing the same words and debates” after publications such as the Panama and Pandora Papers emerged.
