The Federal Police of Brazil launched two operations this morning to take down a multi-million dollar money-laundering ring that conceals proceeds from drug trafficking both within and outside Brazil.
A Brazilian drug trafficker known as Cabeca Branca da Rocha, has been arrested as part of Operation Succession, a project that grew from another inquiry known as Operation Spectrum.
