European policing body Europol has held an EMPACT community meeting to discuss intelligence and operational actions relating to threats of serious and organised crime, as a result of the war in Ukraine.
EMPACT (European Multidisciplinary Platform Against Criminal Threats) is the EU’s response to the most important threats posed by international organised crime.
