NEWS: Dutch Central Bank calls for money laundering fight to be ‘more focused’; says risk-based approach will ‘sharpen’ AFC efforts

A more risk-based approach to fighting financial crime would “reduce” undesirable side effects incurred by banks and financial institutions, according to the Dutch Central Bank. 

De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB) has called for AFC efforts to be “more focused”, with an enhanced risk-based approach sharpening the “focus of efforts to keep the financial sector free from financial crime.”
