NEWS: French FIU says it’s receiving ‘too many STRs’ with no basis for suspicion; agency taking bigger interest in accountants, real estate and VASPs

THE NUMBER of STRs received by France’s FIU (Tracfin) rose by 1% between 2021 and 2022, “maintaining the long-term growth trend in reporting,” the agency has reported.
