UK Banks to face fines if they breach the three-mile cash access rule

Several of the UK’s largest banks and building societies are set to comply with new rules that guarantee access to free cash withdrawals. 

The government plans to fine major banks if they fail to provide free cash withdrawals within three miles of consumers and businesses.
