NEWS: UK political row heats up over fear FCA plans to ‘name and shame’ companies could ‘tarnish reputations’

UK lawmakers are to launch a short inquiry into the Financial Conduct Authority’s (FCA) plans to ‘name and shame’ certain companies under investigation.

The FCA is planning to name businesses under investigation more frequently and at an earlier stage in probes in an effort to deter poor behaviour.
