NEWS: BNP Paribas fined €3M by Luxembourg regulator for ‘severe’ AML breaches

A subsidiary of BNP Paribas has been hit with a €3 million penalty in Luxembourg due to multiple AML failings.

CSSF (Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier), Luxembourg’s financial regulator, imposed the fine on BGL BNP Paribas, a Luxembourgish bank which is part of the wider BNP Paribas group.
