NEWS: Crisis-ridden Banque Havilland hit with €5M fine by Luxembourg regulator

BANQUE Havilland, a prominent Luxembourg-based lender which has been rocked by a series of AML issues, has been hit with a €5 million fine.

The penalty is the latest imposed on the company by Luxembourg’s financial supervisory authority, the CSSF.
