NEWS: Exchange operator OTC Link fined $1.2m after reporting 0 suspicious transactions in three years

OTC Link, a New York-based financial services firm, has been fined for failing to file any Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) over a three-year period.

The U.S. SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission) said the firm “agreed to pay $1.19 million to settle the charges”.
