BREAKING: TSB Bank hit with £10.9M fine for ‘woeful’ customers arrears system, spends £105M on fix

The UK’s Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has fined TSB Bank £10.9 million for failing to treat customers in arrears fairly. 

The FCA found the bank lacked proper systems and controls, putting many at risk of unaffordable repayment plans or inappropriate fees.
