TD Bank staffers should now understand that dismissing AML concerns is no longer acceptable, a senior columnist has said.

Andrew Willis, who writes for Canada’s Globe and Mail, said the lender’s top staff have signaled that its ‘LOL culture’ of flippantly dismissing AML concerns is over.
