NEWS: UK’s FCA will make final call on controversial ‘name and shame’ strategy in early 2025

The UK’s Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) will decide in early 2025 whether to move forward with its contentious ‘name and shame’ strategy. 

The proposal, which would publicly name firms under investigation if deemed in the public interest, has drawn sharp criticism from businesses.
