NEWS: Wells Fargo CEO says bank takes AML problems ‘extremely seriously’

Charles Scharf, the CEO of Wells Fargo, has said the lender is working to address AML issues flagged by U.S. regulators.

Speaking as the bank announced its third quarter results, he told analysts that he took possible issues around money laundering “extremely seriously”.
