LATEST: 15 suspects surrender $1.4 billion in Singapore’s record money laundering case

FIFTEEN foreign suspects in Singapore’s largest money laundering case have agreed to surrender assets worth approximately S$1.85 billion ($1.4 billion), according to police reports. 

This development brings the total assets recovered in the case to nearly S$2.8 billion. Previously, S$944 million in assets were surrendered by 10 individuals who were arrested, jailed, and subsequently deported.
