NEWS: Operator of notorious crypto ‘mixer’ jailed for 12.5 years and forfeits Bitcoin valued at $110M

The operator of Bitcoin Fog, the longest-running cryptocurrency mixer on the dark web, has been sentenced to 12.5 years in a U.S. prison.

Roman Sterlingov, 36, a Russian-Swedish national, was also ordered to pay over $395 million in restitution and surrender Bitcoin currently valued at more than $110 million.
