FIVE senior figures at law firm Axiom have been charged with fraud, forgery, and alleged document destruction following the firm’s collapse in October 2023, which involved the misuse of £60 million in client funds.

The Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) shut down Axiom Ince after raising concerns over financial irregularities. The firm, which operated in cities including London, Manchester, and Birmingham, left thousands of clients exposed to significant losses and hundreds of employees out of work.
