NEWS: MONEYVAL criticizes Slovakia for making ‘limited progress’ on fighting money laundering

SLOVAKIA has made only a small amount of progress on improving its AML framework, according to a new report by MONEYVAL, the Council of Europe’s AML monitoring body. 

The organization said that as a result, the country will remain under MONEYVAL’s ‘enhanced follow up‘ procedure for nations which have AML deficiencies.
