INSIGHT: Patriot Bank hit with OCC enforcement – here are the key lessons

THE OCC (Office of the Comptroller of the Currency) has just published two formal agreements – one is particularly useful for lessons learned, especially in the BaaS fintech banking arena.

Patriot Bank’s agreement is more granular than other orders/actions. The following examples are here for all FIs – banking fintech or not – to learn from. This bank offered reloadable prepaid cards – the forgotten (yet very popular product) new addition to the old MSB laws.
