NEWS: Australia’s AUSTRAC targets over 50 crypto firms in AML crackdown

AUSTRAC, Australia’s AML watchdog, has taken action against 13 crypto firms, with more than 50 others under scrutiny as part of a wider crackdown.

The regulator is wrapping up a year-long investigation into crypto compliance with AML laws, issuing fresh alerts to potentially non-compliant firms.
