NEWS: US confirms beneficial ownership (BOI) rule change – 99% of companies will not have to file

THE U.S. Treasury has removed beneficial ownership information (BOI) reporting requirements for most U.S. companies under the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA).

A new interim final rule exempts over 99% of entities from reporting to the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN).
