The former FinCEN director, Kenneth Blanco has said recognising the importance of technology in fighting financial crime is “critical to help keep bad actors out”.
Speaking to the American Bankers Association Financial Crimes Enforcement Conference, Mr. Blanco said the financial sector has to “make sure innocent people who are using the financial system are protected”.
