The UK Government is drawing up plans to seize billions of pounds from oligarchs and use them to help the rebuilding of Ukraine, it has now been revealed.
Members of the National Security Council have held discussions about the government’s seizure of assets belonging to sanctioned oligarchs, with the Home Office considering legislation which would see oligarch’s wealth used to rebuild Ukraine.
