NEWS: British Virgin Islands confirms general public won't be able to access its beneficial ownership register

THE British Virgin Islands (BVI) has said that those looking to access the state’s beneficial ownership register will need to pass a ‘legitimate interest test’.

As such, the register will not be fully publicly available.
