NEWS: Banks warned of North Korean IT workers getting jobs at UK firms to launder cash

The UK government has said that North Korean IT workers are covertly securing work at British firms to launder cash for the Pyongyang regime.

The Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation (OSFI) said the workers often do this by posing “as freelance third-country IT workers”.
