NEWS: UBS fails in bid to shake off Credit Suisse money laundering case – report

Swiss banking giant UBS has failed in its attempt to suspend a court case linked to legacy issues from its acquisition of Credit Suisse.

The case, being examined in the Swiss Federal Criminal Court, concerned money laundering charges linked to the Bulgarian mafia.
