NEWS: Real estate giant JLL hit with fine by Canadian watchdog over AML failure

International real estate firm JLL (Jones Lang Lasalle) has been fined $108,000 by Canada’s FINTRAC regulator for failing to comply with AML and anti-terrorist financing regulations.

The penalty follows a compliance audit that revealed multiple breaches of Canada’s Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) Act.
