NEWS: UK’s FCA to ‘fundamentally reshape’ controversial ‘name and shame’ proposal

THE UK’s Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has yet again signaled it will water down its plans to ‘name and shame’ companies under investigation.

Nikhil Rathi, chief executive of the FCA, said the watchdog will publish an update on the proposals next week.
