NEWS: OECD says Portugal has ignored a corporate bribery loophole for 17 years

PORTUGAL has left a key proposal to tackle foreign bribery untouched for almost two decades, the OECD has said.

A new report from the OECD Working Group on Bribery said it was ‘seriously concerned’ that Portugal has not allowed up on key proposals to update its laws in the area.
