Fraud Response Advisor

Here at Chase Bank UK, we are recruiting for multiple Fraud Response Advisors to join our Fraud team, based at our state of the art offices in Edinburgh.

The successful candidate will be required to respond to fraud risks and manage fraud cases within a multi-skilled fraud team, as well as assisting other areas of the team with non-fraud tasks. This role will provide the opportunity to gain a breadth of knowledge, perspectives and experience across different fraud and non-fraud specialisms whilst retaining the opportunity to support customers directly

Essential Experience For This Role

  • Previous experience working within Banking/Financial Service institution within a fraud related role
  • Experience in identifying fraud and related financial crime risks and take the appropriate steps to mitigate the risks
  • Knowledge of the UK regulatory framework and best practice regarding fraud prevention

This role will be shift based and will include morning, evening and weekend work on a rotational shift basis. There will be the option to work the shifts across 4, or 5 days per week .
